We want you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Chelsea Pub & Inn. That’s why we’ve set up some policies to ensure every guest feels welcome. Before you arrive, please familiarize yourself with our guest policies:

  • Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure a room.
  • You’ll pay the remainder of the cost at check-in. Please contact the Inn for our dog policy and room occupancy policy
  • No smoking allowed in the rooms or you’ll be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Smoking indoors is not allowed, instead enjoy our comfortable outdoor smoking area.

There’s truth to the old saying, “Expect the unexpected.” That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy for those who book our rooms. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours ahead of your arrival. We’re sad to see you cancel, but you can if you must.
